We Return Ship using UPS in the United States and the Postal Service or UPS for Canada.
Return shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of a properly packaged IRD single boxed. If you send it double boxed there will be an additional fee to return it that way.
UNITED STATES ... The price quoted are the current prices with UPS including fuel surcharges charged by them. We have no control over shipping costs which can change daily. Quotes are good for 10 days due to UPS's rate changes. Our handling/processing charges are also included in the total we quote.
CANADA ONLY ... Return shipping to Canada will be done by the post office or UPS depending on situation. We recommend you ship the IRD to us via the post office. If you ship to us via UPS or FedEX. You are responsible for any hidden fees such as brokerage, taxes, duties and tarrifs. Quotes are also good for 10 days. Our handling/processing charges are also included in this quote.
