Terms and Pricing: Pricing: Complete 2 page Websites start at a $200.00 flat fee. (hosting & domain extra) Our hourly rate is $40.00 per hour for services. An agreed upon flat fee can apply to jobs requiring many hours of work. This will be determined as per size and type of of job. Any revisions or changes from the original agreement adding extra work to get the job done will require an additional cost to the original agreed price. Jobs that qualify for a flat fee, require a 50% payment deposit upfront with the remaining balance due upon completion. When the deposit clears our bank work will begin. Any additions from our original agreement will be charged an additional hourly fee to get the work done. Terms: After discussing your project in detail with you. I will e-mail you a quote / estimate for the work you request. If you agree to it, I will e-mail you a contract that you will print out and sign then send back the signed copy to me. If a deposit is required you will also make that payment at that time. When the job is completed, final payment or payment in full is required before your site is released to you. |

Cash, Checks, Western Union Money Transfer. ( Paypal and credit cards using Paypal coming soon.)
Payment with checks will be charged a additional 5% handling fee on the job's total. All checks must clear our bank before the product is released. We reserve the right to accept or decline checks from any client at anytime.
