Here is some important information concerning digital over the air broadcast.
At midnight on June 12, 2009, all full-power OTA television stations in the United States stopped broadcasting in analog and switched to 100% digital broadcasting. If your tv does not include an ATSC tuner you will not be able to receive OTA TV. I you wish to keep your current tv? Converter boxes are being sold to allow your current tv to receive the digital programing.
If you receive your local channels via cable tv or some dish systems, they will convert these for you so your current tv will still receive them.
